Description

Oswestry Town Council is seeking to appoint a VAT Consultant to work alongside Oswestry Town Council to advise on the VAT implications of the proposed project and advise on public sector subsidies.

Total Quantity or Scope

The VAT Consultant is to offer advice on how to ensure that the project is VAT efficient within the constraints of relevant legal requirements and the Town Council's operating model. To work with Oswestry Borderland Tourism to advise on the VAT implications of the Tourist Information Centre

Renewal Options

The appointment will be subject to a break clause on completion of the Development Phase, such that, in the event our Delivery Phase application is unsuccessful, the commission will not be taken any further.
