Description

The Greater London Authority award a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) for the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. This is the first stage of a two stage process. Subject to the satisfactory completion of the PCSA the contractor will be awarded a construction contract. The procurement procedure was a mini competition using the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) - Lot 3. The contract value is for the PCSA only.

Total Quantity or Scope

The design, intrusive surveys and obtaining consents required for the redevelopment of the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre is included in stage one. Stage two, subject to the necessary consents and satisfactory conclusion of stage 1, a design and build contract will be finalised with the contractor.
