Description

The Supplier will be required to collect various items of electrical equipment from Caerphilly CBC and ensure the legal disposal of the equipment in accordance with the Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013 or any subsequent legislation applicable to these requirements. Any carriers of computer and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment will require a Hazardous Waste Carriers Licence from the Environment Agency and copies of all carriers’ licences must be provided as part of the tender submission. All treatment of equipment must be carried out at a registered Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF) and details of these facilities must be provided.
