This is not an invitation to tender exercise. This is a pre-market engagement to invite potential Suppliers who have experience in working with local authorities to take part in this preliminary exercise to help inform the Council’s on the development of our service specification, contract terms, and tender documentation relating to a 7-year term contract for Supported Accommodation for homeless single adults for the upcoming procurement this year.
