Description
The service will be fully integrated into the Durham and Tees Valley talking therapies service, supporting service users who require a stepped care psychological intervention ranging from Step 2 to Step 3. The service will provide 2.5 Team Managers, 4.6 High Intensity Therapists, 19 low Intensity Therapists and 1.8 Administrators WTE (Whole time Equivalent) who are qualified staff to deliver the service. Staff will be co-located within the service team structure. Staff will be expected to work towards meeting waiting list and treatment targets of the service collectively.
Total Quantity or Scope

The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £3,946,224 to be provided from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 with annual review.

Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 12pm 3rd July 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
