Description
A year long programme of 2 x weekly drop-in, creative arts for wellbeing sessions during which a stimulus will be provided for individual and collective storytelling and narrative making activities. This will be combined with a physical making activity using a different theme and artistic medium every week

This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance. Contract details: Mimar Collective CIC Contract start date: 01/05/2025 to 30/04/2026 12 month duration at a cost of £49,939.55 To deliver a year long programme of 2 x weekly drop-in, creative arts for wellbeing sessions during which a stimulus will be provided for individual and collective storytelling and narrative making activities. This will be combined with a physical making activity using a different theme and artistic medium every week The programme is designed to build a community of interest around the centre and to provide a pathway through which local people can access the services of the 24/7 centre.

Renewal Options

Legal Justification
Time limitation of pilot funded period (National pilot time frames as one of six national pilot sites). Meaningful engagement with local services for local people in keeping with the neighbourhood delivery model in alignment with National pilot principles. Culturally appropriate engagement in alignment with core pilot principles regarding co-production and addressing health inequalities.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** 'This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The urgent award process was used due to the time limited funding being made available due to this being a national pilot. Approval to proceed was obtained at Sustainability Board on 29 May 2025. No conflicts were declaired.
