Description
Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium set up to drive cost and efficiency savings in the public sector. Since 2010, EEM has to deliver comprehensive yet simplified procurement solutions, which offer a wide range of compliant, competitive and high-quality products and services. EEM's vision is to develop a collaborative working approach, which delivers the fullest possible range of organisational, financial and social benefits. EEM was formed in 2010 with five founding members, all housing providers determined to reap the benefits of collaborative procurement. Since then, our work has grown to working with over 360 public sector organisations including Housing Associations and ALMO's, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers, Emergency Services, Government Agencies and Charities. EEM also work in collaboration with 3 like-minded procurement consortia - Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West. The aim is to work together to align processes and practices, share our frameworks where possible and provide the best possible service to our combined members and usership. All current and future members and users of EEM are able to access this Framework. EEM have conducted this tender exercise to procure a digital aerials framework. The framework has been awarded based on the following EEM wishes to procure a Digital Aerials framework. The framework has been tendered and awarded based on II.2.5. Award criteria.
Total Quantity or Scope
Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) conducted this tender exercise to replace our existing Framework which expired on 29th January 2025. The framework will provide EEM members and Users with a provision of services related to digital aerial systems. Services delivered via this framework will be to domestic and commercial properties. There may be occasions where a member requires contractors to enter occupied premises for requirements. Domestic properties will typically be consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock, bungalows, blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, and depots and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership. Commercial properties will include but not be limited to business units, office buildings, hospitals and care facilities, academies, schools, colleges, universities, education centres, student accommodation, homes and care facilities for older people, children's homes and centres, community centres, leisure centres and gyms, libraries, pavilions, changing rooms and public toilets, outdoor leisure facilities, car parks, industrial units, depots, and garages The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: • servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; • reactive repairs; • installation of new systems; • installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; • any additional elements associated with the works listed above This framework will be split into geographical lots covering most of England and Wales; these lots are split as follows: • Lot 1: East Midlands • Lot 2: National Coverage The framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months, running from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2029. 4 contractors have been appointed onto each of the geographical lots of the framework, ensuring that all our member's requirements are covered taking into consideration the range of locations our members are located in. The framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM Ltd) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described in Section VI.3) as being authorised users. The call-off contract's to be awarded pursuant to the framework agreements to be entered at conclusion of the procurement exercise begun by publication of the contract notice may extend for a duration of up to 5 years beyond expiry of the 4 year term of the framework agreements. The estimated lot value as described in II.2.6) takes into account the full Framework term, the possibility that the EEM membership may grow over the framework lifetime and the geographical sub-lots.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The call-off contracts to be awarded pursuant to the framework agreements to be entered at conclusion of the procurement exercise may extend for a duration of up to 5 years beyond expiry of the 4-year framework term. Please note that the total potential framework value stated within this notice is in relation to the full 4-year framework and takes into consideration the lot structure, length of call off contracts and that the EEM membership may grow over the framework lifetime. Where the contract notice states a maximum of suppliers to be appointed to the Framework, this means within each lot. (EEM) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users.
