Description

Joint Procurement - PCR (2015) - Open Procedure This is a joint procurement for both Uttlesford District Council and Chelmsford City Council. Both Councils require security services for various sites across the council. This will be split into separate lots for each Council; Lot 1 and Lot 2. Please refer to the ITT for more details.

Security provision for council services(Chelmsford City Council): Hylands Estate - for events and car park security Riverside Ice Rink - Disco Sessions Ad-hoc services This will need a mixture of security from guarding to car parking stewards. Some of the roles that we are looking for but are not excluded to: Staff Escort Service Key Holding Lock/Un-Lock Services Manned Guarding Mobile Patrols/Response Reception/Front Desk Security Bed Watch Building Security Car Parking Cash Collection CCTV Control Room Concierges Dark Screen CCTV Monitoring Live CCTV Monitoring Lone Working Monitoring Monitoring Building Management Systems Remote Access Control Remote Monitoring Services Events Manned Guarding Call outs Emergency Additional Security For more information regarding the individual needs, please refer to the tender pack.
