Description

Govanhill Housing Association wishes to appoint suitably qualified consultants to provide Architectural and Contract Administration Services, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services, Civil / Structural Engineer, Principal Designer services, Damp, Condensation & Mould Specialist Services, Fire Engineering Services and Fire Risk Assessor as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 5 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Architectural and Contract Administration Services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

2 Civil / Structural Engineer Consultant Services

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint 4 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Civil & Structural Engineer as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

3 Quantity Surveying (including Contract Administration) Consultant Services

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 5 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

4 Principal Designer Consultant Services

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 5 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Principal Designer Services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

5 Damp, Condensation and Mould Specialist Services

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 4 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Damp, Condensation and Mould Specialist Services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

6 Fire Engineering Services

Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 5 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Fire Engineering Services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

7 Fire Risk Assessor
