Freedom to Speak up services 12 month + 12 option direct award contract with incumbent supplier The Guardian Service to ensure continuity of essential services, based on waiver, business case options appraisal, DSP approvals. 24/7 service (office hours plus out of hours provision) Limited market. Service reports directly into the Exec (indpendent support to whistleblowers and trends monitored). KPIs apply and rag rated reporting on issued. MSEFT plan is to run a competition for future long term contract once period of cover determined.
