HM Government of Gibraltar invites tenders for: The Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO) of an UWWTP, including an outfall where relevant, in Gibraltar. On satisfactory completion of the Design, Build and Finance phase, an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) period of 25 years will commence.
