Description

Newham Council is seeking a provider to deliver infrastructure services for the Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector. The Council would particularly welcome a progressive partnership or consortium of providers with a clearly identified lead partner and a group of delivery partners. The contract will be for a period of two years. The Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector in Newham is extremely diverse, ranging from larger registered charities and national organisations (such as Age Concern and Citizen's Advice Newham) to smaller community based groups often led by volunteers such as 'friends of' parks groups. The aim of this contract is to support the achievement of a sustainable, confident and resourceful Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector that meets the current and future needs and aspirations of the sector and borough.
