Description
Contract for the provision of operational, management, maintenance and related works and services at Campsfield House IRC. Please note that the information provided in this Contract Award Notice is for Campsfield House IRC only.
Total Quantity or Scope
The Authority seeks commercial partners to provide services at Campsfield House Immigration Removal Centre (IRC), with an operating capacity of up to 400 and will accommodate male detainees. Services required include: (but are not limited to): a. Overall management of the site; b. Security and guarding; c. Welfare and general care; d. Local escorting and hospital bed watches; e. Provision of furniture and equipment; f. Facilities Management and cleaning services; g. Educational and Recreational; h. Landscaping.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The length of the contract will be 6 years from service commencement, with options to extend, for up to a further 2 years (6 years + one or more extensions to a maximum of 2 years in total). The estimated value in this Notice is for the potential maximum term of 8 years (including optional extensions). Due to the nature of the Services under this contract the value in this Contract Award Notice is an estimate based upon assumptions made by the Authority. As such, this value may be subject to revision as the Services develop. The Contract Award value also includes the Authority's estimate of indexation uplifts, but under the terms of the Contract, the actual value of this may be different to the Authority's estimate. Please Note that Campsfield House IRC was Lot 1 in the previous Contract Notice (2022/S 000-031203). Lot 2 was not progressed to award and as such, this Contract Award Notice only refers to Campsfield House IRC
