Description
Cheshire East Council and Cheshire West have a requirement for the Cloud Telephony by way of a contract for 3 years. The Procurement is being undertaken jointly with Cheshire East and Cheshire West & Chester Borough Councils, with Cheshire East being the lead council for the purpose of procurement. There will be a separate contract between Cheshire East and a separate contract for Cheshire West & Chester Borough Council. The contracts have been awarded to Gamma Network Solutions Ltd. This notice relates to Cheshire East Council Only.
Total Quantity or Scope
Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester Borough Councils have indicated a desire to vacate their own primary data centre and network centre. The Session Border Controllers [SBC] based in the primary data centre, and secondary location (resilience) are near end-of-life and due for replacement. Consequently the equipment needs to be displaced or replaced with a cloud-based service.
