Description

As the lead Contracting Authority for this procurement, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of ONE LSC partners, it is intended that other Participating Authorities within Lancashire and South Cumbria will be able to award future contracts with the preferred bidder on the same, or better terms as illustrated within any Value/Quantity derived benefits or discounts, in the future as and when their existing contracts may expire. These Participating Authorities in addition to the lead Contracting Authority LTHTR are:- • East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust • Blackpool Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust • University Hospitals Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust • North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

Renewal Options

Extensions are permissible of 1 or 2 years so long as the maximum term does not exceed 7 years

Award Criteria

Part A - Quality Questions Response 10 Quality questions each graded 0-4 will contribute a total of 60% to the overall assessment.
Part B - Technical Response and Self Assessment A technical OBS confirming compliance with key requirements will contribute a total of 20% to the overall assessment.
Part C - Commercial Response The overall contract value for LTHTR as initial Contracting Authority will contribute a total of 20% to the overall assessment.
