Total Quantity or Scope

An Operational Technology (OT) Security enhancement field gas site telemetry solution is required to be rolled out across approximately 330 sites over 5 years (this includes the max 41 sites that are part of the previous FWACV (Flow Weighted Average Calorific Value) pilot). The tool must have the following attributes: • Demonstrate mitigation of risk and compensating controls sufficient to establish CAF compliance in a NIS environment. • A proven history of deployment in the energy distribution sector suitable for deployment into UK CNI environments (has gone through PS6 approval). • Not contain products from countries that pose a threat to the UK. • Capable of being integrated into an existing operational gas distribution environment that lacks the required cyber controls without the need for significant redesign or functional OT equipment replacement. • Quick and easy to deploy at scale across SGN’s operational territory by an OT systems integrator or SGN’s own field engineers. • Integration services for the Industrial PC Based Hardware. The Service Integrator will carry out installation of the Industrial PC Based Device, ensure a secure connection to good industry-based standards and compliance to design. This will be awarded through running a separate competitive process.
