NHS GM ICB has a range of corporate statutory responsibilities that require the receipt, management, and retention of a range of information related to risk, incidents, patient / public enquiries, Board and committees, Health and Safety, Conflict of Interest management and other corporate matters. There is a need for a robust, accessible, technically proficient and GDPR compliant system, ideally to manage all corporate information.

Renewal Options

The contract shall have an initial term of Three years and the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to extend the term on one or more occasions to a maximum contract term of five years from the commencement date.
