Description

An urgent and priority piece of work is required to support the review of packages of care in Wirral Place, in order to ensure that they do not remain in situ longer than is necessary. The reviews will also ensure that provision of enhanced observation packages is proportionate to the risk presented by the individuals in each case and is delivered in the least restrictive way.

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Wirral Place have awarded a 1 year contract to identified provider on the ground of urgency to deliver reviews of 1-1 support and Enhanced Observations in Wirral Place. This one off piece of work is considered as the only feasible option utilising a known provider, whilst undertaking the market review to establish a longer term contract/framework for various All Age Continuing Care Reviews. The contract commenced on 19th May 2025 and will expire no later than 18th May 2026. The contract value is £52,800.
