Delivery of tailored apprenticeship training for Level 3 and 4 apprenticeships in AI, Data and Business Transformation, allowing for transfer of apprenticeship levy from levy paying employers that have surplus funds to employers that have exhausted their funds. Continuation of Master Services Agreement established in December 2024. To be continued for two further cohorts of students in 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. Value including VAT: £720,000

Legal Justification

This notice is in relation to an agreement that has already commenced, and is now being extended. The contracting authority wishes to purchase additional services which are the same as those already supplied. A change of supplier would result in receiving services that are different from services already received. Additionally, there is an absence of alternative providers able to deliver the apprenticeship training at the required level, aligned to the specific business tools of the Council. The funding for this agreement is via apprenticeship levy's; both the allocation of the contracting authority and levy transfer from employers with surplus funds.
