The Government of Jersey (GoJ) and the States of Guernsey (SoG) are seeking to replace their existing Offender Case Management Systems by September 2026. As part of our early market engagement, we are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insight from the market. The purpose of this RFI is to: Understand the range of potential solutions available; Assess how different solutions align with our requirements; Gain insight into indicative implementation timescales and costs; Inform our procurement strategy and route to market;
