The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The award of this contract has been provided in lots: Lot 1a: Huggies Daycare Ltd Primary Medical Solutions Lots 1b: Restful homes group Lot 2 Spot purchase: Interhaze Healthcare Ltd, SCL Care Any representations can be made to Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (Sophie.dunn@mpft.nhs.uk) before midnight on Wednesday 30th July 2025. Decision makers included within the evaluation of this process include 2 clinical leads, a contractual manager and operational lead. Please note there are no conflicts of interest noted. All tenders have been evaluated in line with the guidance documents outlined and detailed within the ITT tender documentation, there are no deviations. The total value of the contract is for the full 5 year period and is a cumulative value for all of the service not individual contracted valued.
