Description
The service being procured is a Rehabilitation and Crisis Support Service based in Tower Hamlets. It provides 24-hour support within an accommodation-based setting for individuals transitioning from inpatient mental health services to more independent living in the community. The aim is to support service users through recovery in a safe, structured environment, reducing the likelihood of readmission to hospital. Total Quantity or Scope
This service is to provide a Crisis and Rehabilitation Service to Tower Hamlets for a value of £3,954,447; the service will run to 31st March 2028, and with a two year extension (to 31st March 2030 will have a total additional value of £2,683,298. The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract following PSR Direct Award C as there is no change to the contract terms. Contract award is from 6th August 2025.
