Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a number of contractors to provide the Sale of Ice Creams and Pre Packaged Soft Drinks within the parks within the Borough of Dudley under concessionary contracts. The appointment will be by way of Request for Quotation via the Open Route, each park is assigned a Lot number. Renewal Options

The initial term of the contract's will be for the period of 2 years from commencement but may be extended by mutual agreement by 2 years to an expiry date no later than 31st August 2029. The services will be subject of review in the 2nd year and the results of those reviews will inform the Council’s decision whether or not to offer any extension.
