Project Resource for Microsoft Dynamics Applications

Total Quantity or Scope

Historic Environment Scotland (HES) intends to award this contract under the conditions of regulation 33.4.b(ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) regulations. The contract will be for a project resource for Microsoft Dynamics applications. HES has utilised the services of a contract resource that has been working on three critical Microsoft Dynamics based applications: a. Performance Management b. ProActivity c. eCommerce The intention is to put in place a 6 month contract extension for the project resource to allow a knowledge transfer to take place for the three projects.

Legal Justification

HES intends to award to the Supplier on the basis that competition is absent for technical reasons. The required knowledge transfer can only be completed by the contracted resource that has been working on the three critical Microsoft Dynamics based projects
