Location

Description

Norwich City Council is seeking expressions of interest for the delivery of a compliance services contract. The contract, which is being procured with the support of Echelon, will be delivered by a single contractor, covering multiple working streams including electrical, fire mechanical and water compliance. This is expected to cover a wide range of services, including but not limited to emergency lighting testing and repairs, warden call systems servicing and repairs, fire alarm detection services servicing and repairs, refuse chute cleaning and Legionella Risk Assessments. The Contract will start in April 2026, and run for 10 years (5+5), with an approximate overall value of £2m per annum.
