Description

MBD will be creating an Infinite Museum for South Holland and Boston Borough Council and has already been completed for East Lindsey District Council .MBD own the Intellectual Property for Infinite Museums and have all the underlying know-how and the development that is part of delivering Infinite Museum is protected by MBD because it forms part of the toolkit that underpins this and other co-location projects they deliver. The funding will be managed by East Lindsey District Council on behalf of South Holland and Boston Borough Council funded by the NPO.

Legal Justification

MBD owns the intellectual property rights (IPR) for the Infinite Museum concept. The project has already been commissioned and delivered in East Lindsey, and is scheduled to be implemented in South Holland and Boston Borough Council as part of NPO (National Portfolio Organisation) funding.
