Description
The development of Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPA) presents a significant opportunity for NHS Scotland to procure renewable energy solutions in order to meet our sustainability goals in the decarbonisation of our NHSS estate. To support this transition to renewable energy sources, the Authority has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This notice will allow suppliers not on the DPS to submit an application to be evaluated to get on the DPS.

1 | CPPA 3-5 years Provision of a 3-5 years CPPA: A DPS has been set up to allow NHS Scotland to run mini competitions of qualified CPPA providers. Call off contracts will be awarded by either NHS National Services Scotland or any of the NHS Scotland Health Boards. The contract will deliver services to entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 as amended. |
2 | CPPA 5-7 years Provision of a 5-7 years CPPA: A DPS has been set up to allow NHS Scotland to run mini competitions of qualified CPPA providers. Call off contracts will be awarded by either NHS National Services Scotland or any of the NHS Scotland Health Boards. Suppliers wishing to apply to be added to the DPS must complete an SPD attached to this notice and meet the minimum criteria outlined in the additional document also attached. Please refer to PQQ on PCS-T system. Criteria for getting onto the DPS outlined in the CPPA Bidder Instructions to join the DPS. Document attached to this notice. Suppliers applying must complete an SPD document attached to this notice. Any mini competition will be run direct with suppliers on the DPS via the PCS-Tender system. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this PQQ exercise. The Project code is 28290.
