Description

Post Office is seeking to engage the market ahead of a forthcoming procurement for a Combined (Hard and Soft) Facilities Management (CFM) contract. The requirement will include the provision of both hard and soft FM services across multiple sites, including maintenance, cleaning and associated support services including Project Management and Delivery of Capital and Equipment works. The contract will be delivered through a single supplier model, with services expected to be delivered to high standards of compliance, efficiency, and value for money. The authority wishes to put in place a contract for an initial 5 year term, with further optional extensions of 3 years and 2 years.
