The ICB followed the Direct Award B process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) (PSR) 2023 for the Provision of Consultant Led, Elective Care Services - Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology with CPV Code 85112200-9 (Outpatient Services). The Direct Award B process involves awarding a contract to provider(s) where the services offered by the Provider are deemed Patient Choice, and the number of providers is not restricted by the relevant authority. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Award decision makers: Chief Delivery Officer Approved 16 June 2025 Approval of the Provider was completed via the ICB Accreditation process and subsequently by the Procurement Advisory Panel on 16 Jun 25. The MDT and POG agreement and approval processes seek for any Conflicts of Interest and, if declared, these are documented and managed accordingly to SSOT ICB policy. Any persons with known or declared Conflicts of Interest were excluded from the decision making process. No conflicts of interest were declared.
