Homes England is seeking to procure a contractor to undertake landscaping works for Phase 1 of Elizabeth Park. The works relate to the eastern half of the site and will provide improved pedestrian and cycle connectivity as well as planting. The estimated value exclusive of VAT for this project is £300,000 - £400,000 The estimated value inclusive of VAT for this project is £360,000 - £480,000 As the notice does not allow a value range, I have included the midpoint in the relevant section of this notice.
