Legal Justification
Media Zoo have successfully delivered Phase 1 of a 2 phase requirement and as a result have the knowledge and specific know-how to be in a position to deliver Phase 2. Furthermore, Phase 2 is defined as a specific output from the Phase 1 work and will work with the existing services provided under the initial procurement. This is a substantially small piece of work and would not offer the MOD value for money by competing the requirement. Furthermore, it would require an alternative supplier significant time to get up to speed with the work required as a result of the Phase 1 requirement.
