Stirling Council, in collaboration with Police Scotland, Falkirk Council, and Clackmannanshire Council, is in the process of undertaking a joint procurement exercise for the provision of stray dog services. Please note that this procurement exercise relates exclusively to kennelling and rehoming services. Other statutory functions carried out by Animal Control Officers—such as dog control enforcement and the collection of stray dogs—do not fall within the scope of this initiative. To support early market engagement and inform the development of the service specification, we are pleased to invite you to attend an information session.
