Legal Justification

As of summer 2025, the college has reached the previously forecasted procurement value of GBP866,250. The unforeseen expenditure is due to a rise in the number of supported learners requiring transportation assistance in the past years, as well as an overall increase in travel mileage. In light of the modification, the college will not extend the agreement for 26/27 period, but will run a re-tender in 2026, with updated contract value. Thus, reducing the duration of current agreement from 48 months to 36 months.
