Legal Justification
Challenges around transformation and restructuring that is going on within CEC. Several large-scale commissioning projects are taking place at the same time and service requires resources to ensure new contracts are recommissioned to the highest standards.

This notice serves to inform all the market and interested parties that the term of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) has been formally extended. The revised expiry date is now set for 31 March 2027. All providers currently appointed to the DPS are advised that the existing contractual arrangements will remain in effect, unless otherwise notified.
