ScotRail are tendering for a single supplier framework for fuel additive and associated services at its Engineering Depots (Cadder, Corkerhill, Eastfield, Haymarket, Inverness and Perth). The intent is to provide both a performance improvement / emissions reduction fuel additive, as well as a fuel biocide additive which should be compatible with the existing infrastructure.

This is a 'negotiated procedure with prior call for competition' in which both your response to the PQQ and your Initial Tender are to be completed simultaneously and both are to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 17th September 2025.
