Description

The Council is seeking to contract a single lead organisation (a 'Strategic Partner'), or as a lead Provider in a partnership (consortium) of more than one other Provider (subcontractors) where elements of the service offer are delivered in collaboration to bring in expertise, to deliver a county-wide service for the support of adults and their dependent children (under 18 years) who are experiencing medium/high risk domestic abuse and to deliver the service within the Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) statutory guidance as outlined in the Victim and Prisoner Act 2024 .

Renewal Options

The contract has an extension option of up to72 months at the Council's discretion.
