Initial three (3) year contract with a possible extension of two (2) years subject to review.

Technical Ability and Sector Knowledge	Relevant skills and expertise within the proposed team and evidence of a good understanding of the regulatory requirements facing the Trust. Experience of working within the Multi Academy Sector and commitment to providing consistent, joined up service delivery throughout the contract. Appropriate range of specialists and accessibility of key contacts.
Price and Value for Money	The maximum 30 marks will be awarded to the contract identified as the best value for money.
