This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) modification notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The contract has now been formally modified. The modification relates to an uplift in year 2 of finances from £103,060,000 to £106,072,000. The final decision was made by NHS BSOL Chief Finance Officer. No Conflicts of Interest were declared in the decision making process.
