Description

Lancashire County Council (The Authority) is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a multi-lotted supplier framework for the supply and direct delivery of food and drink products into the Authority's Corporate Premises, including Fresh Bread and Fresh Meat Products, Groceries and Frozen Food. Corporate Premises include, Corporate Cafes, Outdoor Education Centres, Museums, Libraries, Day Centres, Children's Centres etc. The Framework is separated into three (3) lots and the requirements are as follows. Lot 1 - The Supply and Direct Delivery of Groceries and Frozen Food Lot 2 - The Supply and Direct Delivery of Fresh Bread, Morning Good and Sweet Baked Products Lot 3 - The Supply and Direct Delivery of Fresh Non-Halal Meat Products The initial Framework term is 2 years, the Authority may in its absolute discretion, exercise the option to extend the term by any number of defined periods, so long as the maximum duration of the framework agreement does not exceed 4 years.

Lot Division

1 Groceries and Frozen Food Products

Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier framework for the supply and direct delivery of grocery and frozen food products to approximately 39 sites throughout the Authority. The duration of the framework agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the Authority having the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 24 months. The framework is estimated to be between £170,000 to £204,000 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£680,000 to £816,000 over 4 years). Tenderers should note, the value of the whole framework may fluctuate, and annual/total value is not guaranteed. The number of sites may also vary throughout the duration of the framework.

2 Fresh Bread, Morning Goods & Sweet Baked Products

Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier framework for the supply and direct delivery of fresh bread, morning goods and sweet baked products to approximately 13 sites throughout the Authority. The duration of the framework agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the Authority having the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 24 months. The framework is estimated to be between £30,000 to £36,000 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£120,000 to £144,000 over 4 years). Tenderers should note, the value of the whole framework may fluctuate, and annual/total value is not guaranteed. The number of sites may also vary throughout the duration of the framework.

3 Fresh Non-Halal Meat Products

Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier framework for the supply and direct delivery of fresh meat products to approximately 11 sites throughout the Authority. The duration of the framework agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the Authority having the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 24 months. The framework is estimated to be between £57,000 to £68,400 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£228,000 to £273,600 over 4 years). Tenderers should note, the value of the framework may fluctuate, and annual/total value is not guaranteed. The number of sites may also vary throughout the duration of the framework.
