Legal Justification

Following failure of a supplier to deliver WM5G are required to put in place a short term agreement to continue to deliver a medical programme. failure to continue to deliver the programme would affect outcomes to patients. The award represents a 6 month contract with the actual contract value tied directly to the number of products used / patients seen. WM5G will use the 6 month window to ensure future needs are met via competitive tender.
