Legal Justification

The equipment installed at Scunthorpe General Hospital is from Spirax Sarco, whilst another provider is able to perform basic maintenance, a full maintenance service provision is not possible due to software limitations from Spirax Sarco. Spirax Sarco currently provide a service contract to Scunthorpe General Hospital , continuation of this contract is imperative to ensure the longevity of the heating plates. The new Energy Centre at Scunthorpe General Hospital will also benefit from Spirax Sarco components and will need to be added to this contract when the works are complete.
