PURCH2779 Provision of a Maintenance Contract for Bd High Specification Flow Cytometers for the University of Glasgow. The College of Medical Veterinary and Life Sciences currently has eleven BD (Becton Dickinson) instruments located across the University of Glasgow estate. The instruments are heavily used and play a fundamental role in the research of the College including medical research and clinical trials. They must be maintained, serviced and repaired to an exacting standard. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement exercise, it s not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. Please note that participation in this RFI exercise does not put your Organisation in a preferential position, but it will allow us to consider the market capabilities for our requirement. The purpose of this RFI is for the University of Glasgow to be able to understand what the market can offer so that we can run a robust tender process. The information gathered as a result of the RFI process will assist us to develop our tender strategy. Suppliers should only note interest if they have the capacity, capability and expertise to provide the minimum requirements.
