The Contract Award Notice is published here: www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/032107-2021 Information about modifications Description of the modifications Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract): The modification is a 12 month extension on existing terms, bringing the end date to 31st of December 2026. Reasons for modification Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: NHS SBS is an accredited framework host under the NHSE accreditation programme. All accredited framework hosts are now required to incorporate additional governance measures, including the Cabinet Office Spend Control protocols.
