Legal Justification
NIE Networks wishes to conduct pre-market engagement in respect of non-SF6 33kV Switchboards to assess market readiness. This will require existing Framework Arrangement to be extended by 12 months to facilitate ongoing orders to ensure continued supplies of these units, which are critical to maintain operations, until the award of the new procurement process.
