In section I.2), it is stated that this procurement is a joint procurement. This is not a joint procurement it is operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA) in Northern Ireland. The total value of the procurement in section II.1.7) above is the total value of all 5 Lots and includes; an initial contract period of 3 years, plus an option to extend for 4 x 12 month periods (4 years) and the value also includes a potential increase in services of 50%. The total value of each Lot in section V.2.4) includes the initial contract period of 3 years plus 4 x 12 month extension period options (4 years) - it also includes provision for an increase in services of 50% as outlined in Clause 1.4.5 of SS20a Scoping and Specification document. It is not a guarantee of uptake, minimum demand or additional funding being be made available.
