Description
LSHTM, and the MRC units The Gambia and Uganda (contracting authorities) are seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the provision of logistic services. The Framework will be split in to 4 Lots. Deliverables are to be provided to UK and international locations, the contracting authority will specify the location at call off. The supplier shall be expected to collect or deliver from the contracting authority addresses, suppliers address, or any other location the contracting authority determines.

| 1 | Lot 1 -International Logistic and freight forwarding (Including storage)
Logistic and freight forwarding delivery to international locations exporting a range of small consumables and biological samples, where special conditions are required throughout the storage; which include trial drugs, laboratory consumables and equipment (including hazardous goods such as phones with batteries in them, ethanol and frozen reagents on dry ice), blood samples, dried blood spots or sera samples, sheep and horse blood, cell lines and bacterial strains and PPE. |
| 2 | Lot 2 - Domestic Logistic and Courier services (Including storage)
Logistic and freight forwarding delivery to UK locations exporting documents, parcels, pallets and a range of small consumables and biological samples, where special conditions may be required throughout the storage and transportation. These include, but are not limited to, stamped/franked mail, dry ice shipments and dangerous goods. |
| 3 | Lot 3- Logistic, freight forwarding and Courier services (Including storage)- Domestic and International
Logistic and freight forwarding delivery to International and UK locations exporting a range of small consumables and biological samples, where special conditions are required throughout the storage; which include trial drugs, laboratory consumables and equipment (including hazardous goods such as phones with batteries in them, ethanol and frozen reagents on dry ice), blood samples, dried blood spots or sera samples, sheep and horse blood, cell lines and bacterial strains and PPE. To bid for Lot 3 suppliers must be able to cover all the requirements for both Lot 1 and Lot 2. |
| 4 | Lot 4- Supply and logistics of specialist and non-specialist deliverables Domestic and International
This Lot covers the supply and shipping of consumables to international and domestic locations. Supplier/s on this Lot must have the capability to freight and export goods carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. |
