Description
An app to enable a digital version of the C19-YRS questionnaire recommended by NHS England to grade the severity of prevalent post-Covid or "long Covid" symptoms following contraction of the illness over an indefinite period. This is a 12 month contract.
Total Quantity or Scope
Post-COVID-19 syndrome is characterised by signs and symptoms that develop during or after an infection consistent with COVID-19, continue for >12 weeks, and are not explained by an alternative diagnosis. Common symptoms of long COVID include but not limited to fatigue, breathlessness, and 'brain fog'. A digital version of the C19-YRS questionnaire recommended by NHS England to grade the severity of prevalent post-Covid or "long Covid" symptoms following contraction of the illness over an indefinite period has been developed by the digital health company, ELAROS, in a collaborative partnership with The University of Leeds and Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C. The service will be operational between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026

There were no noted conflicts or potential conflicts of interest The relevant authority is satisfied that the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.
