Description
This notice relates to the permitted modification of an existing contract under the Provider Selection Regime (2023), to enable the provision of NHS Stabilisation Dental Services within NHS Gloucestershire ICB. • The current contract with CAM DP Limited is to deliver mandatory NHS dental services; this contract has been in place since 2023. • In May 2025, the ICB undertook an EOI programme to appoint NHS providers to deliver stabilisation services; for which this contractor submitted an application. • Procurement advice has been sought and recommendation is to publish a Transparency Notice due to the award. • Draft and publish a Transparency Notice to reflect the award of stabilisation services.

Legal Justification
The Commissioner considers that the modifications are permitted by Regulation 13(1)(d) of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) (2023), where the modification is attributable to a decision of the authority, the modification does not render the contracts materially different in character. This notice has been published in line with Regulation 13(4)(c) and Schedule 12 of the Provider Selection Regime (2023).

The contract modification decision has been recommended by the Primary Care Executive Group of NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) No conflicts of interest were declared. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified
