The proposed engagement with Wayvie for the development and delivery of a Business Partnering Training Course is supported under a direct award justification. Wayvie are a trusted supplier of training to WRAP, with a strong understanding of our organisational culture and ways of working, in addition to their extensive sector knowledge within the Green sector. This positions them uniquely to tailor the programme to WRAP’s specific needs, ensuring alignment with internal expectations while maximising learning outcomes for participants across Commercial, Finance Business Partners, and HR. The design and delivery by Wayvie are expected to deliver added value through a bespoke approach that leverages their growing awareness of WRAP’s internal dynamics
