This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by Midnight on 1st October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.The decision maker for this award is Amy Jenkin, Any written representations to be sent to the email address dave.fox@shsc.nhs.ukNo conflicts of interest have been registered.The weighting of the key criteria varies with the highest weightings being for Value. The provider is currently meeting all contractual and legislative requirements as detailed in the NHS Standard Subcontract.The contact will be for 6 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 3 months and has a value of £24,900 for the initial 6 month term and the potential extension options.
